AI implementation for home service owners

A business that runs without you.

The phone answered. New leads texted back. Quotes followed up. Reviews requested. OPS builds the AI systems that take that work off your plate, then keeps them running.

$15,000 core build + $2,000/month support. For home service businesses doing $500K to $5M.

Your crews are booked solid. So why are you doing paperwork at 9 PM?

The trucks roll all day, and you're still chained to the office. Estimates, scheduling, invoices, callbacks. You can run a crew, close a deal, and fix what your guys can't. But the business stopped growing the day it maxed out on you.

You own the company. The company owns you. A call goes to voicemail while you're on a roof. A quote waits until after dinner. Your family gets what's left.

That's not a discipline problem. It's a systems problem.

The Four Core AI Agents

The follow-through.
Without the phone tag.

Every shop is different, which is why I diagnose before I build. These are the four systems in the core implementation. The read tells us how they should work inside your business.

01

Missed & After-Hours Calls

The phone gets answered, the caller gets qualified, and the job gets booked, even when every hand is on a job site.

02

Speed to Lead

A new lead gets a text back in seconds, not two days. Follow-up starts while the inquiry is still fresh.

03

Estimate Follow-Up

Quotes that chase themselves for a month. A follow-up sequence keeps the conversation moving without another reminder on your phone.

04

Reviews & Reputation

Review requests go out after completed jobs. AI drafts responses for your review, so the work you do gets a chance to speak for itself.

Scheduling, invoicing, and office knowledge can come next, in the order the read supports. They are additional scope, not part of the four-agent core build. Wherever your existing software can do the job, I use it.

How We Get There

Free to look.
Clear before we build.

A plumber looks at the job before quoting the work. Same here. We start with your operation, find the bottleneck, and decide whether the build makes sense.

01

The Free 15-Minute Call

We look at where your week goes and whether there's a fit. Bring rough revenue, lead volume, and the part of the business that frustrates you most.

  • No payment to start
  • A fit check, not a tool demo
  • An honest next step
02

Your Free Preliminary Read

Between calls, I work through what you shared. We meet for a 45-minute reveal: the probable bottleneck, its cost range, and what I would build.

  • Prepared before the second call
  • Your numbers, with assumptions visible
  • The build scope, before a commitment
03

Build. Then Keep It Running.

If the read supports it, we install the four core systems in about five weeks. Then we monitor, tune, and report on them every month.

  • Low-risk pieces first
  • An agreed scope and rollout
  • Ongoing monitoring and tuning

Complex or multi-location operation? If a preliminary read would leave us guessing, a paid deep audit may come before the build. It is optional, and its $5,000 fee is credited in full against the build within 60 days.

Why a Meteorologist

Read the system.
Then make the call.

Roofs wait on dry days. HVAC surges with the heat. You've planned around my industry's work your whole career. I'm Ted Phaëton, a two-time Emmy Award-winning meteorologist. Reading complicated systems and making the next move clear is what I do.

I start with a simple question: walk me through yesterday. Not what should happen. What actually happened. When the operation is complex, I compare the owner's story with the leader's and the people doing the work.

We look for the one bottleneck behind the rest. Then put the cost of leaving it alone into three numbers: a floor, an expected case, and an upper scenario. Assumptions on the table.

Why OPS

Someone has to own the follow-through.

01

One Accountable Guide

I lead the read and stay accountable for the plan. You know who to call.

02

We find the real bottleneck before deciding what to build.

03

05

Price on the Table

$15,000 for the core build. $2,000 a month to keep it running.

One Real Case

He swore his
systems were fine.

I sat down with a gym owner doing about $456,000 a year. I asked him to walk me through yesterday.

Case file 001 · Fitness business · Anonymized
One task took two hours.
Nine seconds later:
"Actually, it took me a week."

He was the single wire holding his whole business together. Twelve hours of his week, all routing through him. Then I put numbers on it.

Defensible annual cost-of-inaction floor
$305,000Estimated cost per year
Upper annual cost-of-inaction scenario
$652,000Estimated cost per year

These are diagnostic estimates of the cost of leaving the bottleneck in place. Not savings achieved, revenue generated, or a promise of your results. The floor is the number I build the roadmap on.

Now, that was a gym, not a home service company. And I'll be straight with you: I have not put a home service business through this yet. You would be among the first.

So I'm not going to hand you a testimonial I don't have. The research shows the leak is real. The read tells us what yours is actually costing you.

What does OPS actually build?

Four core AI systems: missed and after-hours call handling, speed-to-lead response, estimate follow-up, and reviews and reputation. The read sets the scope and the order. Scheduling, invoicing, and other workflows are additional scope, not included by default.

Who is this built for?

Home service owners doing $500K to $5M a year. HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, pest control, and the trades. If the business still runs through your phone and your memory, let's look at it. Bring a rough sense of your numbers and a willingness to do the work between calls.

What does it cost?

The 15-minute call and preliminary read are free. The four-agent build is $15,000 flat, with larger scope from $20,000. Ongoing monitoring, tuning, and reporting is $2,000 a month. We agree on the scope before you commit.

Do I have to buy the audit?

No. The $5,000 deep audit is optional. It is for complex or multi-location shops where a preliminary read is not precise enough. It is credited in full against the build within 60 days.

What happens on the free call?

Fifteen minutes to look at your operation and check fit. Come somewhere quiet, not driving or on a job site. Bring a rough sense of last year's revenue, leads per month, and the part of the business that frustrates you most. If it makes sense to go further, I prepare a free preliminary read for our 45-minute reveal.

I already pay for ServiceTitan or Jobber. Do I need another tool?

Not automatically. I look at what you already pay for and use it wherever it will do the job. Connections and any additional tools are scoped to your actual setup before the build. I do not stack another tool on a broken process.

How long does it take?

The first call is fifteen minutes. The preliminary read comes back within a few days and we review it in a 45-minute call. The build runs about five weeks. The exact rollout depends on scope, access, and approvals.

What if the system does not do the job?

If we build, and the system does not do the job I said it would do, I fix it on my time until it does. That is not a refund policy. That is just how I work.

Process over panic.
Every single time.

Your Next Step

Stop guessing.
Start forecasting.

You didn't build this business to become its most trapped employee. You built it for freedom.

Book a free 15-minute call. We'll look at where your operation gets stuck and whether it makes sense to go further. If it does, I'll prepare your free preliminary read for our 45-minute reveal.
